The Green Drake is only available to family, friends, and friends of friends. Renting to trusted people allows us to charge below market rates because we don't have to worry about damage to the property we love. 

Featured Rates 

Nightly: $750 per night + Cleaning Fee 

Long Weekend: $1,500 + Cleaning Fee (Check-in any time after 3:00 PM on Thursday and Check-out any time before noon on Monday)

Weekly: $2,250 includes cleaning fee (We will try to accommodate specific days)

Monthly: $5,000 includes cleaning fee 

Cleaning Fee & Pet Policy

Cleaning Fee: $375 or $275 if not using Trout House

Pet Policy: Only hypoallergenic dogs are welcome due to owner allergies. If you plan to bring a dog, just let us know.

Cancellation Policy:

Free cancellation at least 7 days in advance. Within 14 days, you just pay the cleaning fee because we pay the cleaners to come before your stay. Typically, that will be $420 to $480, but we will send you the invoice from the cleaning company for exact cost.
