The Green Drake is only available to family, friends, and friends of friends. Renting to trusted people allows us to charge below market rates because we know we are not renting to strangers that will damage the property we love.

Rates
Long Weekend (Check-in any time after 3:00 PM on Thursday and Check-out any time before noon on Monday): $2,000 (includes cleaning fee)
Weekly (We will try to accommodate specific days): $3,000 (includes cleaning fee)
Nightly: $500 per night + $375 Cleaning Fee ($275 if not using Trout House).
Pet Policy: Only hypoallergenic dogs are welcome due to owner allergies. If you plan to bring a dog, just let us know.
Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation at least 7 days in advance. Within 14 days, you just pay the cleaning fee because we pay the cleaners to come before your stay. Typically, that will be $420 to $480, but we will send you the invoice from the cleaning company for exact cost.
