The Green Drake is only available to family, friends, and friends of friends. Renting to trusted people allows us to charge significantly below market rates because we know we are not renting to strangers that will damage the property we love. We recently turned over the management to an actual management company so we will update the site soon. 

Booking Mechanics:

1. Verify the dates you want to book are available using the calendar below. 

2. Send an email to greendrakesteam@gmail.com with your dates, if you will be using the Trout House or not, and your venmo/zelle name. 

3. We will respond with costs (see rates + fees below), paperwork, and send you a venmo/zelle request for the total. 

4. Once payment is received, we will reserve your stay on the calendar, send all the information for the property and answer any other questions.

Cancellation Policy:

Free cancellation at least 7 days in advance. Within 14 days, you just pay the cleaning fee because we pay the cleaners to come before your stay. Typically, that will be $420 to $480, but we will send you the invoice from the cleaning company for exact cost.
