The Bear Den
The main house has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
- 1st floor primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom (shower)
- 1st floor guest bedroom with a queen bed
- 2nd floor with a king bed, a pull-out trundle, and a full bath (shower)
- Full kitchen, laundry, powder room, wood-burning fireplace, gas grill
The Trout House
A short walk down from the Bear Den is a unique stand-alone guest house:
- 4 custom built-in queen memory foam sleeping compartments
- Fully-equipped kitchen and full bathroom (shower)
- Outdoor patio with TV and ping pong table
The Property
The Green Drake is an 11-acre property surrounded by the 6,730-acre Headwaters State Forest. The focal point of the property is the creek that flows through its length, providing several waterfalls. The property is 25 minutes outside of Brevard.
High-speed internet (Starlink) throughout the entire property. There is no cell phone service — calls are made over WiFi.
The Pickle
Our pickleball court was installed in summer 2025 and is ready for action.
